Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude toubia is a Canadian Actress who is best known as a main character in the Freeform Fantasy Series Shadowhunters as well as Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea Pa' que te enamores. Also a dancer, she also models. Her home is in Montreal however, she grew up studying in Texas. The passion she has for dance has been a part of her since the age of a child. From the time she was a young child, she had been trained in a variety of dance styles. Her first participation in beauty contests when she was the age of 15. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia became famous when she made her debut in 2008 as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty pageant. Her acting debut came in 2010as receptionist in an episode of Telemundo's television show Aurora. In 2015, she appeared in the action-drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
