Maycee maintained her losing record as she took an unbeaten loss against AlexaGrasso at UFC 258. Barber's next fight was with Miranda Maverick, at UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Dillashaw: Sandhagen won by split decision. Barber beat Montana De La Rosa by unanimity at UFC Fight Night 205 held on April 23, 2022. The following day, July 2nd, 2022 Barber took on Casey O'Neill in the UFC 276 fight and took on Jessica Eye. The fight was won by a unanimous decision as well. It was also the last fight of Barber's contracts with UFC. She resigned in the following year. Barber defeated Andrea Lee in her last fight on 25th march 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera-Sandhagen by an overwhelming victory.
